We will NEVER compromise any pet safety or happiness just to try to socialize. It’s not why we are here. We are here so you can go on a worry free time away, and pick up your pet without bit ears, body trauma from fights, etc. Large group play is not our thing. We cater to one on one experiences and small group play with dogs we are familiar with. Our pets leave happy, and come back excited to see us again.
A great example of this is, a bulldog owner asks for their dog to go in the air conditioning at 85 degrees, is the dog happy with us? No but she is safe. Is she super socialized? No, but is interacted with by staff inside and can see and visit with any other dogs who may also be inside.
Two ways to access the online booking software:
1.Download the Country Kennels app in the app store.
Search ‘Country Kennels Pet Boarding’ in the app store - identified by the widget with the Country Kennels logo.
2. From the homepage, top right corner, click the ‘Online reservations - booking software’ button.
To book, you will create a pet owner account, within the account you can create a pet profile with any and all information needed for your pet, including feeding, medical, behavioral, social and vaccination proof uploading for your pets stay.
To maintain quality service, the best way to book is now online by clicking ‘ONLINE RESERVATIONS - booking software’ you will then be directed to the online booking software.
